Club Sessions will run on:

✅ March 3, 10, 17.

If you currently have a secured place:

Payment for 4 sessions is £36.

Make your bank transfer as normal using your usual payment reference.

Additional Club Information

Please Collect your child promptly from:

⏰ 4:30pm

🏫 Main School Entrance

ℹ️ Use the main entrance on Campanula Way as the zig-zag path will be locked at this time.

Club Start

The club begins after the school day ends. The Art Bee will be already setup in advance in a school classroom ready for the children to arrive.

We provide a register to the school office so the school already know in each class who is attending The Art Bee Club.

In some schools we have to collect the children, in others they are brought to us by the class teacher.

Club Finish

When the club finishes we will bring the children to the collection point stated.

Please look out for your child and we will ensure they are handed to you (or whoever is listed as able to collect).

At this busy time please be patient as we do have to concentrate to ensure all the children are safe.

Price and Payment Information

£9 per session

x number sessions per the half-term

For example £9 x 5 sessions = £45 is payable PRIOR to the first session of that half-term.

ℹ️ IMPORTANT

As per the Terms and Conditions you agree to upon registration:

Payment prior to the first session - avoids late payment fees!
Your place is secured - you never need to rebook.
One Half Terms Advance Notice required to cancel your place.
There's no need to reply confirming your payment; we will assume you have paid.
Late Payments will be followed up with the additional fees to be added.
